Boosterthon PTO Fundraiser

Kickoff Friday January 31, ending on Wednesday, February 12th with a Color Run

What is Boosterthon?

Noble PTO joins together with Boosterthon to raise funds for Noble PTO, which in turn goes right back to Noble Elementary.  Our goal is to raise $105 per student to purchase 6 swings with a sun shade for the playground.  Students ask their family and friends to make donation pledges online on their child's my booster donation page.  This spans across January 31 through February 12th.  On the day of the run, February 12th, students will go outside on the track and participate in the Color Run with their grade level during their specials time.  

What are you using the money for? 

We pay a fee to Boosterthon for helping coordinate the fundraiser, and the rest of the money donated will be used for upgrades to Noble Elementary.  A graphic of LNE upgrade goals and their price will be posted asap!  

What is the colored powder, is it safe? 

The colored powder is food grade colored cornstarch.  There will be "color stations" along the track where volunteers toss handfuls of the color powder onto the track.  There will be space on the track where there will be less color powder for any sensitivities or preferences.    

What should my child wear to school this day? 

The colored powder doesn't stain t-shirts, but the color does not come out of shoes too easily. Send your child in shoes they can run in and you don't mind getting dirty.

The Rush Coffee Truck

It may be a cold day for a run on 2/12, but no worries because we'll have the Rush coffee truck out on our track ALL DAY for our event!  Parents and volunteers are welcome to purchase drinks with a percentage of the day's sales going back to Noble PTO!  Ortho 360 also sponsored all the drinks for every LNE staff member to get a free drink from the truck!
